Terms of service
Payment
A 50% deposit of the total cost of the cabinets if payable on acceptance of the quotation to start kitchen production. The deposit is required in order for us to process your order and the remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to the agreed delivery date.
Production time
The lead time for your kitchen cabinets is six to eight weeks depending on your selected finish. The production time begins from when we sign off the order and we will confirm a delivery date within four weeks of your order being signed off. Any delivery time from our UK warehouse to your home is additional.
Specification and colour
All images shown on our website are designed for guidance only. For actual finishes and colours, please refer to our door samples, which are available to purchase.
Returns
All our kitchen cabinets are made to order so we are unable to accept returns unless an item is faulty or damaged upon receipt. UGUISU cabinets are bespoke and therefore exempt from Distance Selling Regulations.
Cancellation
As our cabinets are made to order, it is not possible to cancel your order once kitchen production has begun. If you wish to cancel your order prior to production, please email us at: info@uguisukitchens.com
Storage
We do not have the facility to store your kitchen cabinets beyond the agreed delivery date.
Delivery
A representative from our trusted third party courier will be in touch to arrange delivery to your home within four weeks of your kitchen being ordered and signed off.
Standard delivery is a kerbside service so your kitchen fitter or builder will need to bring the cabinets into your home. If you need assistance, our courier can provide a quote for the additional cost.
Damages
Please report any damages upon delivery within 48 hours of receipt of the cabinets, together with photographic evidence. Once the damages are accepted, we will replace damaged items as soon as possible.
Warranty
We offer a two-year warranty on all UGUISU cabinets, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any defects in carcasses, doors and hardware. It does not cover general wear and tear or accidental damage.
