Do you have a showroom?
No, we don’t have a showroom, as this enables us to offer a competitive price for our customers. You can order door and colour samples here and see how our cabinets are made by watching the video.
Do you supply appliances?
No, we do not supply appliances.
Do you supply worktops?
We have a partnership with a stone fabricator, Stone System of London, who can supply worktops for you. Please see our worktop page for more details.
Do you offer a trade discount on your cabinets?
We have the same pricing structure for both trade and retail customers.
Do you come and measure up my space?
We offer a remote design service and ask our clients to send us their room dimensions along with window and door placements. Our room measuring guide will assist you.
Do you install kitchens?
Our service is supply-only so you will need your own builder or fitter. We are happy to answer any questions they may have.
Cabinets
Do UGUISU cabinets come flat-packed or rigid?
All our kitchen cabinets arrive pre-assembled and rigid, ready to be easily installed. All the doors and drawers are also ready-fitted.
Do all the doors and drawers have soft-closing?
Yes, all our cabinets have a built-in soft-close mechanisms.
How much weight can the drawers take?
All the drawers are Blum LEGRA drawer boxes, which take 40-70kg depending on the width. It should be no issue storing heavy pots and pans in any of our cabinets.
What is the size of the largest cabinet for delivery?
Our largest cabinet is 2160mm x 900mm x 600mm, the package size is slightly bigger.
What are the doors made out of?

Can I cancel my order if I need to?
If you wish to cancel your order, you’ll need to notify us no later than 48 hours before your kitchen goes into production. (HOW WILL THE CUSTOMER KNOW WHEN THE ORDER IS ABOUT TO GO INTO PRODUCTION?). We will refund your payment within five working days of the cancellation.
What are the payment terms?
We’ll require 50% of the total value in order to begin the kitchen production. The remaining 50% is due 10 working days before delivery.
Can I return my cabinets?
Unfortunately, you cannot return the cabinets, as all our cabinets are made to order specifically for your kitchen.
Do you offer a bespoke sized cabinet?
We don’t offer bespoke in order to keep our costs affordable. However, we do have a good range of module sizes so should be able to design your kitchen using our standard sizes. If you have any queries, get in touch as we are happy to look at your design to come up with a solution.
What is the delivery lead time?
Our lead time is six to eight weeks depending on the finish from the point of receiving your 50% deposit payment.
How long is the warranty for UGUISU cabinets?
We offer a two-year warranty.
What happens if I find damage on a cabinet after delivery?
Please report any damage to us within five working days of receiving your kitchen and send us photos showing both the damage and the packaging.
Where do you deliver?
At the moment we deliver cabinets to London and the Home Counties. If you require delivery outside of this area, please get in touch to see if we can help.
